Jeanette’s clinical expertise is shaped by her lifelong connection to movement and performance. A former world-ranked Irish dancer and Riverdance performer, she blends a deep understanding of physical control with a strong academic and clinical foundation. Jeanette has treated everyone from young athletes to older adults, drawing on years of experience across private practice, elite sport, and international clinics.

Her approach is grounded in personalised, evidence-based care, combining hands-on treatment, movement retraining, and practical rehab strategies. Whether supporting a teen with a sports injury or helping someone regain confidence after surgery, Jeanette brings clarity, compassion and skill to every session.

Jeanette is a Chartered Physiotherapist at O’Donnell Physiotherapy and has been a key part of the team since 2019. She holds a Professional Master’s in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin, alongside a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science, and is a registered member of both CORU and the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists.

Her clinical skills are supported by advanced training in Dry Needling and Matwork Pilates through the APPI Method. Jeanette has worked with a wide range of clients and sports teams, including Naas Rugby Club, the Kildare Senior Footballers, and Newbridge College Rugby, and has international experience treating athletes in Houston, Texas.

With a background in elite Irish Dance, Jeanette achieved top-10 world rankings and multiple Provincial titles before touring with Riverdance. This performance experience gives her unique insight into biomechanics, injury prevention, and body awareness, particularly in treating musculoskeletal issues and back pain.

Jeanette’s care is always person-centred and goal-driven. She’s passionate about helping clients move well, stay strong, and feel their best, now and in the long term.
