Strengthening & Conditioning
As part of your treatment, we will design a specific, individual exercise plan for you to complete. This program will contain exercises targeting specific changes in the body – e.g. core stability exercises, muscle strengthening, muscle and joint mobility, and cardiovascular fitness.
